Privately owned. Comfortable & clean. Not a luxury establishment, but very good, friendly service. Perfectly fine for a one or two night stay. Continental breakfast included.

Very old place: air conditioning Just made noise and did not cool down , very dirty shower, very poor breakfast, unless you pay 5 euros for cheese, 5 euros for ham, 5 euros for egg…not recommend at all. This is far from been a 4 stars hotel. Very disappointed.
This was a relatively late booking but the staff were very welcoming and accommodating of our needs. Ame on reception even arranged for a last minute reservation at the restaurant a few minutes before the kitchen was closing. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is definitely for the sweet tooth with a large selection of cakes on offer. Bertha & Ángela both make a mean cappuccino and were very attentive and friendly. On-site parking made this an ideal spot to explore the Umbria region.

Did not have a good experience in this hotel. Definitely not worth the four stars. The bathroom was dirty, the AC super loud and breakfast was average/low quality. I will not return
It's an old Hotel, but very clean and the garden is really well kept. The Breakfast is to die for!
